Bring your data in yourself
Upload a CSV, Excel file, or Google Sheet and review the assisted column mapping for drivers, vehicles, trailers, customers, open transport orders, and invoices.
Switching to a full carrier TMS sounds like a project. QTMS turns it into a guided path. We help move your data, map the systems your fleet uses, train every carrier role, and show when the team is ready.
A guided switch
The parts that make a carrier TMS move feel heavy are the parts the QTMS onboarding plan covers.
What going live looks like
These markers show the path. Timing still depends on your data, fleet, and rollout scope.

Built around your fleet
QTMS reads your carrier operation from the company profile, then asks only what applies to your loads, vehicles, drivers, and team. Each answer becomes part of the onboarding plan.
Answer once and QTMS builds the plan. Pay cycles, requested integration scope, and the migration path all come from your answers.
You get one plan that fits your fleet, not a generic setup list.
Migration
Moving from another TMS should not add a second job to your week. Choose how much help you want and agree the scope before the move starts.
Upload a CSV, Excel file, or Google Sheet and review the assisted column mapping for drivers, vehicles, trailers, customers, open transport orders, and invoices.
Choose the migration service and a QTMS specialist reviews the request within two business days. Timing is confirmed after the source data assessment.
QTMS can bring over in-progress loads and outstanding invoices within the agreed scope. Completed history can stay archived in your current system.
Imported drivers, vehicles, and subcontractor records keep their available VAT numbers, Community Licences, and safety documents visible for review. Exceptions are resolved before cutover.
Migrated fleets continue on the same guided path after the source data review.

Your plan opens with a head start. Each phase is a short guided stretch with an estimated time for the setup task itself.
The path, in order
A floating helper tracks progress all the way to your first load.
The launch moment
Company, team, vehicles, drivers, customers, and integration scope. Each milestone completes as the real work gets done.
When the last task completes, the plan gives way to a launch celebration.
A track for every carrier role
However your fleet is set up, each person gets the setup and training for the work they own, without unrelated lessons.
Roles across your carrier operation

One plan, tailored to the way your carrier team works.
Academy
QTMS Academy is role-based training built into the product. Each person gets a short track of guided Scribe and video lessons, then earns a completion certificate after every required topic is done.
The whole carrier team learns together and reaches the starting line ready.
