QTMS pulls GPS distance data from your tachograph or tracking provider and allocates kilometres by country and jurisdiction. Connected fuel-card and toll-box data is grouped with the relevant country for review. Filing, reporting, and refund workflows are roadmap items and are confirmed for each implementation scope.

What maintenance alerts do you send?

You set maintenance schedules by distance interval (e.g., oil change every 40,000 km) or by date (e.g., periodic technical inspection annually). The system sends alerts at configurable thresholds, typically at 5,000 km before, 1,600 km before, and when overdue.

How is cost per km calculated?

Total cost per km includes fuel costs, maintenance and repair expenses, insurance premiums, depreciation or lease payments, and other fixed costs, all divided by km driven in the period. You can view this per truck, per fleet segment, or fleet-wide.
